Objectives and Activities
The objects of the charity are to relieve poverty, sickness and the age and to promote the benefit of the inhabitants of the Clady and Urney area of Co Tyrone and it’s environs. To advance education, to provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation or other leisure with the aim to improve life for the said inhabitants.
The main activities are to offer projects and programmes to the community. Weekly classes are run in the community centre. Seasonal events are offered to bring the community together. Clady CA community centre is offered to the community for private functions. There is also training opportunities offered for the community to avail of.

Monthly activities
Tea dance on the second Tuesday of the month.
Seasonal events Halloween – 3-day event
Pumpkin carving, kids disco, arts and crafts display, hall visit and treats, fancy dress competition. Approx 190 people per day.
Christmas – 3-day event
Annual guest tea buffet, blessing of the crib, Christmas lights switch on and visit to Santa.
Easter event - bunny and friends visit all estates in the village
The committee continue to hold monthly committee meetings.
