**Purposes:** The Charity’s purposes are the advancement of the arts, culture and heritage and of conflict resolution and reconciliation and the promotion of religious harmony, equality and diversity and of human rights, including the advancement of education, citizenship and community development by promoting, producing, presenting, staging performances and re-enactments, organising events and publishing material in all forms of media on themes related to or arising from 'The Trial of Lundy' project which shall continue indeterminately with a view to hosting an annual Lundy Winter School and other educational events yet to be determined.
