which comprise the statement of financial activities. the balance sheet and the related notes. These financial
statements have been prepared under th¢ accountAng polici¢s sct out therein.
Respective responsfibilities of trustees and the examiner
As described in the Statement of Select Vesty Responsibilities the Select Vesty are responsible for pr¢paring
the accounts in accordance with the Clwities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.

(b) Follow the pn)cedures laid dovm in the general Directions ￿Ven by the Conunission under section
65(9)(b) of the Charities Act
(¢) State whether particular matters have come to our attention.
Basi5 of independent examiDers' report
We have examined your charity accounts as requiTed under section 65 of the Charities Act and out
examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charities Commission for
Northern Ireland under s¢¢tion 65(9)(b) of the Cbarities ACL
Our examination incliided a review of the accounting records kept by the chatity and a comparison of the
aGcounts presented with those records. It also included Consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in
the accounts, and seeking explanations from you &s charity trLLStees concerning any such matters. The
procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently no
opinsion is given as to whether the accounts present a "true and fair view" and the report is litnited to those
matters set out in the ststement below.
Our role is to state whether any material matters have come to our attention giving us cause to believe:
l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Chariti&s Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Chartties Act
4. That there is ￿rther infonnation needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
