the accounts in accordanc¢ with the Charities Act (Norfhcrn Ireland) 2008.
It is our responsibility to:
(a) Examine the ac¢ounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
(b) Follow th¢ procedures laid down in the general Directions ￿Ven by the Comrnission under section
65(9Mb) of the Charities Act
(c) State whether particular matt¢rs have come to our attention.
Basis of Independent eiamlDer$' report
We have examined your charity accounts as requtred under section 65 of the Chariti¢s Act and our
examination was Ca￿led out in accordance witb the g¢n¢ral Directions given by the Charities Commission for
Northern Ireland under section 65(9)Ib) of th¢ Charities ACL
Our examination included a revicw of the accounting re￿rdS kept by the charity 2nd a comparison of thc
accounts p￿¢￿ted with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual it¢ms or disclosures in
thc accounts, and seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning ally such mattsrs. The
procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidenc¢ that would be requircd in an audit and consequently no
opinsion is given as to whether the accounts present a'true and fair view" and the report is liniited to those
matters set out in the stat¢m¢nt below.
Our rol¢ is to state whether any material matters have come to ow attention giving us caus¢ to believe:
