## Activities

**Purposes:** The Association is established to promote rural regeneration for the benefit of the public, to relieve poverty, unemployment, for people of all ages and promote the protection and preservation of health for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Glenullin and Agivey districts and their environs in Co Derry.  Hereinafter called the area of benefit by associating by the statutory authorities and voluntary organisations and the local inhabitants in a common effort to advance education and provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation or other leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants and in particular to promote the preservation and protection of the natural environment, flora and fauna of the area of benefit by means of awareness raising and education among the general public.
