As the charity's tn￿e¢S you are responsible for the p￿paratIOn of the accounts in accordance with the
Charities Act (Nl) 2(K)8.
It is the responsibility of Earnonn P McGraJy & Co to:
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
follow the procedures laid down in the genera] directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 65(9) (b) of the Charities ACL
state whether particular matters have wme to ow attention

Eamonn P McGrady & Co have examined your charity aLYounts &$ required under seclion 65 of the
Charities Act and an examination Commi&sion Nl under section 65(9) (b) of the Charities ACL
The examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of
the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or
disclosures in the acLX)unts, and seeking explanations from you as charity tnistees concerning any
such matters.
The role of Eamonn P McGrady & Co is lo state whether any material matters have come to our
attention giving cause to believe:
l that accounting ￿ordS were not kept in accordance with ￿tion 62 of the
Charities Act
2 that the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
3 that the accounts do not comply with the P￿￿Unting rwuirements of the
Charities Act
4 that there is further infonnation needed for a prnper understanding of the
