Annual report for the period 1 November 2024 to 31 October 2025

1. The charity was constituted by a Trust Deed dated 28[th] August 1980.

2. Its objects are to support evangelical Missionary Societies Bible Colleges and Churches by way of grants.

3. During the year we made a number of grants totalling £3,200 consistent with our objects. These enabled Missions and Churches to continue their work of making the Christian message known to the general public. In particular they, among other things, enabled a Church to continue its work in its local community and supported the development of material to be used to spread the Gospel message.

4. Our Trustees have had regard to the Commission’s Public benefit requirement statutory guidance.

5. Our accounts show that our assets consist solely of a cash balance of £1,465.05 and ground rents purchased for £15,250 between 1977 and 1995 and acquired by way of gift in 2002 and 2006. We do not have any debts.
