I report to the trustees on my examination of the financial statements of Familyllfe Foundatlon
(the Charlty) for the ygar ended 31 March 2024.

As the trLJStees of the charity, you are responsible forthe preparation of the financial st8tements
In accordance with the requirements of the CharitSes Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 (tha 2008 Act),
You are satisfled that your charity is not required by charity18W to bg audlted and have chosen
instead to have an independent examlnation.
I report in respect of my examlnatlon of the charity's flnanclal 8tatem8nts as carried out under
section 65 of th8 2008 Act. In carrying out my ex8minatlon I have followed the general Directions
given by the Charlty Commlsslon for Northern Ireland under sectlon 65(91(b) of the 2008 Act.
Independent examinars's statement
I have completed my ex8min8tion. I conflrm that no matters have come to my attention in
connection with my examlnation giving me cause to believe that In any material respect:
1 Accounting records were not kept 8s required by sectlon 63 of the 2008 Act; or
2 The financlal st8tements do not accord with those records; or
3 The financial statements do not comply with the accounting r8quirement8 of the 2008
Act; or
4 The flnancial statements do not comply wlth the applicable requirements concernlng
the form and content of accounts set out in the Chariti68 {Accounts and Reports)
Regulations 2008 other th8n any requirements that the accounts give a true and fair view
whlch Is not a matter considered as part of an Independent examlnatlon.
I conflrm that there 8re no other matters to which your 8tt8ntlon should be drawn to enable a
proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
