(2022 - £115,135). The net assets of the company have decreased by £(75.657).

Reserves are needed lo brid9e Ihe gap béNY8en sper￿Ing and recelviro of income, to cover unplanned emergency
répairs and other unforeseen expenditure. In the Trustee's view. the reserves should provide the charity with
adequate financial stability and the ff*ans for it lo meet itg charitable oty'ecb'ves fty thè foreseeable fulure.

other assets, ulilised by Culturlann MG4dam O Fiaich. These grants specified the buildings sh￿Id continu8 lo be
ulilised by Cultiirlann MG4dam O Fiaich for 8 peri￿j of 10 years after the purchase.
