**WHO WE ARE** We are a registered charity serving 11-25 year olds in the Greater Shankill Area. **We aim to help young people fulfil their potential.** 




- GROUP WORK 




Streetbeat runs over 30 personal and social development groups on a weekly basis. 

Targeted programmes ENGAGE - At risk from paramilitary influence PLACE - Wraparound Peer Mentors programme 

We also provide specialist programmes to support young people on the Autistic Spectrum and young people in care. 



## ONE TO ONE 

Our qualified counsellor provides morning sessions in local secondary schools and afternoon and evening sessions in Streetbeat. Mentoring sessions provide one to one support with a youth worker. These sessions allow young people to work towards agreed goals and targets with support and encouragement. 






## SCHOOLS WORK 

We deliver informal education within a number of local secondary and grammar schools and training providers. Belfast Model School for Girls Belfast Boy's Model School Belfast Royal Academy Hazelwood Integrated College Victoria College Cedar Lodge Impact Training College Pathways Alternative Education Centre 



Our Drop-in service allows young people Year 8 - Year 14 to engage with Streetbeat 2 nights a week across 2 locations. We provide an alternative, safe environment within the Woodvale and Ballysillan areas. We also deliver weekly detached street work across Woodvale and Ballysillan. 


## 



ADVENTURE PROGRAMME The programme and activities can be tailored to suit each group.  Activities include hillwalking, mountaineering, mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, archery, climbing, abseiling & much more. 




Young people aged 16 and over have the opportunity to take part in volunteering roles within Streetbeat. The volunteering programme also offers the opportunity to complete an OCN level 2 in Youth Work.
