accordance wlth the Charltles Att (Northern Ireland) 2008.
It Is my re5ponslblllty to:
examlne the accounts under section 65 of the Charlties Act
follow the procedures lald down In the general Dlrectlons glven by the Commlsslon
under settion 65(9)(b) of the Charltles Act
state whether partlcular matters have come to my attentlon.

I have examlned your charlty accounts as requlred under sectlon 65 of the Charltles Art and
my examlnatlon was carrled out In accordance wlth the general Dlrectlons glven by the
Charlty Commlssion for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b> of the Charities Act.
My examlnatlon Included a review of the accountin8 records kept by the charlty and a
comparlson of the accounts presented with those records. It a150 Included consideration of
any unusual items or disclosures In the accounts, and seekln8 explanatlons from you as
charity trustees concernin8 any such matters.
My role is to state whether any materlal matters have come to my attention giving me
cause to belleve:
l. That accountln8 records were not kept In accordance wlth sertlon 63 of the Charltles Art
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not cornply with the accounting requlrements of the Charltles Act
