under Section 65(9) (b) of the Charlties Acl;

We have examined your charity 8c¢¢unt$ as requlred under Section 65 of the Charities Act
and our examination was carried out in accordance wlth the general Dlrections glven by the
Charlty Commission for Northem Ireland under Sectlon 65 {9)(b) of the Charitie8 Act.
Our examination includad a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the account3 presented with thoso records. It al80 induded considerations
of any unusual items or dlsclosures In the accounts, and seeking explanation from you as
charity m8mb8rs concerning any 8uGh matters.
Our role is to state whether any material matter8 have come to our attentlon giving UB
cause to believe:
1. That accountlng records were not kept In accordance with Section 63 of the
Charities Act.
2. That the accounts do not accord with those accountlng records.
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounts.ng requirements of Ihe
Charities AGt.
4. That there Is further informatlon needed for a proper understanding of the
aGcount8 to be reached.
