In Seplember of 2023, we fvitrodL￿d a new customer RelatKffiship Man￿￿ent system ICRMI. With Ihe collaboration of
JP Morgan. w8 hav8 WDrked closely in d8veloping and streaThlining how we SUPPDrt dients and tnanag8 data. The system
has already led to enhanced efficiency. 11 has redul￿d administrative burde￿ and allowed for the enrbchment of data
collection and improved how we use this to improve our services.
Our Golden Thrèads Programm8 proved suc￿Ssful in thè Southam Trust ￿. It was thg comèrstonè of our Community
Yiork w8aving tog81her key th8tn85 that strerwth8n Relationships across all aspects of our seNices. Gold8n Threads wa5
? unique Prograrnme that allowed for the ada￿lon of workshops to meet the needs of individuals in the community, with a
focus on inclusivily and accessibilily blended with one a time counselling ses$￿Tr for those 1hat requiréd further

In March 2022, we sought a research partner to ￿CoVer and collate academic evidence on the imporlance of
