Through th8 success of this programme th8 group trav8118d to Krakow in May 2023 to contlnu8 their understanding of the history ofthe Holocaust, The above housing association8 approved the delivery of an OCN Level 1 "Conflict Tr8n5formation & The Messines Story Homephase.. The programme was extended to othèr groups within the Easvsouth Belfast area and commenced in April 2023. dlu8 H Through the successful compl8tlon of our OCN Level 1 M8ssines programme the group from EbrSngton Oaks progressed to OCN Level 2 'Conflict Transfornation & The Messines Experience.. This group also tODk part in our newly developed Flags & Emblems programme. ISPS was appointed by Radlus to deliver our Holocaust Programm8s. Residents frorn the Bumvale area wore selected to participant in the OCN level 1 'Holocaust Awareness. workshop and then travel to Kr8krhV. A group of 30 people from Northlsouth of Iland travelled to visit the sites in BelgiumlFrance in June 2023 as well 8S attending a "PEACE 25: Everyday Peacemakers" conference in Leuven to mark the 25th Annlversary of the BelfasUGood Friday Agreement. Flnanclal revl•w Totsl income for the year was £218,475, of which approximately 50A was generated from grants and 950A from other charitsble activities. Total expenditure was £251,298 and 100% of this was expended on direct charitable acb'vities. The balance on total funds at the year-end was £254,708, of which £253.865 was unrestricted in nature and £843 was restricted in nature.

The Trustetss have examined the charity's requirements for reserves In the light of the maln risks to the organisatlon and established a formal policy which stipulates that free reseNes be maintsined at a level which ensures that the charlty's core activity could conb'nue during a period of unforeseen difficulty. Free reserves are defined by the Trustees as unrestricted income funds freely available for use as the charity so determines and thereby excludes any funds committed, invested in tangible fixed assets held by the charity and restricted or designated funds. The Trustees have assessed the major risks to which the ch8rity, and are satisfied that system8 are In SCe to mitigate exposure to the major risks.
