Reasonable assurance is a high level of assurance but is nol a guarantee that an audit conducted in accordance

error and are considered material if, individually or in the aggregate, they could reasonably be expected to Influencè

R8gulations (North8m Ireland) 2015, the Charity SORP and the Industr181 Provrdent Society Act.
We assessed the susceptibllity of the charitable company's financial statements to material misstatement. including
how fraud might occur, including evaluating management's incentives and opportunities to manage e8mings or
influence the reported results. From the results of our assessment, we det8rmined that the princlpal risk8 of fraud
