I was able to confirm the accuracy of the records to primary financial supporting documents including bank statements, receipts and deposits. I am content that the records presented to me for scrutiny demonstrate sound financial record keeping and are indications of a properly run organisation. In compliance with the NI Charities Commission guidance, I have acted in the capacity of Independent Examiner and I hold the relevant and appropriate knowledge, skills and experience to carry out this role. I am the Chair of the Millisle Primary School Board of Governors Finance Committee.
