Trustees Annual Report for 2023 Omagh Evangelical Presbyterian Church exists to proclaim and advance th8 Christian Faith, in accordanc8 With our Subordinate Standards: the Westminster Confession of Faith, and the Shorter and Larger Catechisms, and all this to the benefit of people, both young and old, in Omagh and the wider world. During 2023 we continued our regular programme of church services and other activities. These included our weekly worship servic8s, our Sunday School and Bibles Classes, our midweek Bible Study and Prayer meeting. our monthly youth rally, and our monthly Ladies Bible Study and our men's fellowship. We also established a new weekly meeting for primary school aged children. During the year we also enjoyed visits from various Missionary Organisations. We were able to have a Christmas dinner for members and friends of th8 congregation. and we had our Carol service, which once again was well attended by people from the wider community. We hav8 continued to live-str8am our Sunday services for the benefit of those who not able to attend the meetings. The Omagh congregation has b86n abl8 to provide over £38,000 for the c8ntral fund of the Evangelical Presbyterian Church for the support of its Ministers. We have also b88n able to give ovar £2,500 to various Christian Missionary organisations. The work and witness of Omagh Evangelical Presbyterian Church is founded on the authority of the Holy Scriptures that reveal God's love for mankind in the person and work of the Lord Jesus Christ, the only Saviour of sinners, and this we believe to have be8n the case during 2023.
