Having sat15fied myself that the charity is not subject to audii and is eligible for independent examination, it 55 my responslbility to: examlne the accounts under section 65 of the 2008 Act,. to follow the procedure5 laid down In the general Oirertions glven by the Charity Commission under Section 65 of the 2008 Act,. and to state whether particular matter5 have come to my attention. Basls of Independent examlner's report My examination was carrSed out In accordance with the general Dlrections given by the Charity Commission. An examlnatlon includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or di5closure5 in the accounts, and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters. The procedure5 undertaken do not provlde all the evidence that would be required in an audit and consequently no opinion is 8iven as to whether the accounts present a 'true and fair vlew, and the report 15 limited to those matters set out in the next statement. In connettion with my examination, no matter has come to my attention giving me cause to believe.. l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act 2.
