I report on tEte accounts of the clwity for the year ended 31 December 202i.
Respective responsibilities of charity trustees and examiner:
As the charity s tsustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with
the Charities Act (Northern belaud) 2008.
It is my responsibility to:

Basis of independent examiner's report:
I have examined your cTrwity a￿pullts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my
examination was caEried out in aGcordance Trvith the oeneraI Directions given by the Ch&ity
Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Clwities Act.
My examination included a review of the accountincr records kept by the charity and a comparison of
the accounts presented with those records. It also included consid¢ration of any unusual items or
disclosures in the accoullts, and seeking explanations from you as chaT2ty trustees concerning any such
atters.
My role is to state whether any material Lnatters have come to my atteutiOll.oivingme cause to believe:
