The Trust is governed by the Trust Deed and is registered with The Charity Commission for Northern Ireland sin¢e I I
December 2015. All trustees give their time freely and no remuneration or other benefits are received.

In deciding upon and plannin8 our activities for the year. the Trustees have given careful consideration lo the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland's guidance on public benefii io ensure that the aclivities have helped to achieve our Charity's
purposes and provide a benefit to ihe beneficiaries.
The direct benefits which flow from the purpose include:
Improved emoiional wellbeing of members who attend
Re5piie for family member5 and carers
People with visual impairnieni being able to participale in a range of activities which thke plac¢ al the Group
Meet people with same type of disability who can suppon each other
By being involved in local issues within the area which may affecl people with disabilittes eg. Access. consultations by other
Organisations.
Objectives and Activities
The Orchard Club provides a social outlet for people with a visual impairnienl many of whom to not attend other Groups.
