The Trusl 15 governed by the Trust Deed and is registered with The Charity Commission for Northern Ireland since I I
December 2015. All trustees give Iheir time freely and no remuneration or other benefiis are received.
Statement of Compliance
In deciding upon and planning our activities for Ihe year. Ihe Trustees have given careful consideration to the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland's guidance on public benefii io ensure that the activities have helped io achieve our Charity's
purposes and provide a benefit to ihe beneficiaries.

Improved emolional wellbeing of members who attend
Respite for family members and carers
People with visual impairnienl beingj able to participate in a range of aclivities which take place at the Group
Meel people with same type ot disability who can support each oiher
By being involved in local issues within the area which may atTecl people with disabilities eg. Access. consultaiions by other
Organisations.
Objectives and Activities
The Orchard Club provides a social outl¢t for people with a visual impairnient many of whom to nol attend other Groups.

Respective responsibililies of trustees and examiner
The Charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the Charities Act (Northern
Ireland) 2008.
It is my responsibility as Independent Examiner to:

Charilies Act.

Basis of independent examiner's slatement
I have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and my examination was carried
Oul in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under seclion 65(9)(b)
of the Charities Acl.
My examination included a review of the accountin8 record5 kepl by the charity and a comparison of the accounts
pre5enied with those records. li also included consideraiion of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and
seeking explanations from you as charity trustees concerning any such matters.
