To whom it may concern:
Cairncastle has a permanent minister who covers two congregations in addition to ours, but we are grateful to have someone who is now cognisant with the congregation and its activities.
We further confirm that the Church remains an active Church, albeit small, with a forward looking and progressive congregation.
We continue to provide the “School Room” to a group of worshipers from a different country in order that they can practise their faith in both their own language as well their own tradition.
Funds have been used to carry out remedial work to the Church roof and adjoining graves and grounds in order to keep the fabric of our centre of worship in good condition.
Furthermore, a new path has been laid between church and “School Room” to allow safe access precluding the need to walk on the road. The path is suitable for wheelchair usage.
Our Mission remains the same in that we are open to all to worship within our premises and continue to assist, where possible, in the pastoral needs of not only the members of our own congregation but also in the wider community.
