programme of aclivitlg8 and a r8nge of 8ervlces whlch enhance th8lr quallty of life and address their needs, In
particular social isolallon. We aim lo provlda braln Injury survivors, their carers and farnilles with Informallon and
emolional support and a18010 ral8e awareness of the needs of brain Injury survivors, their carers and familles.

lev818 of Independ6nce and will ben8fit from reduced levels of social isolatlon. Our aim Is that our members wlll
develop new frlendshlp$ and social network8 and wlll acquire new ski118 and pasllmes. Br8in injury survivors and Ihelr
carers and farnlly member8 will have enhanced levels of personal self-esteem and confidence, We a180 strive 10

We organi86 a range of dèdicated soclal events for braln injury survlvor8, thelr ¢arers and famlly member8 e.g.
Chdslmas party, barbecue, Halloween paty. We hold a weekly Op8n House drop In faclllty where brain Injury
survlvors can play pool, boccla, board gam85, blngo, qulzzes and c8n have tea and coffee end opwrtunllles to chal
wlth friends. We also support brain Injury suNivors, their carers and famlly members lo access new technology
through the provision of tablet compul8rs and training In their use. We provlde training lo brain Injury survlvors and
thglr carers and family memb8rs in skllls such as gardening, cooklng, arts and crafts, flower 8rranglng, dancing and
cake decorating. We also offer a free confldenlial tel8phone help 1Sne seNie8 on 8 2417 basis operated by our
volunlegrs. We offer18isur9 acllvltles such 08 water &eroblc8 and pllates to brain injury 8urvlvor5 and their carers and
famlly rnembers. We also produce a monthly newslellar whlch Is malled to all members as well as operallng a loxting
Service which keeps members informed of our upcoming activities. We organi5e an annual four day respite break for
brain Injury survlvors, thelr carers and famllies. We t)ffer parsonal development workshops to braln Injury survlvors,
thelr carers and famllles.
