Third party indemnity provisions The Trustees consider that in preparing the financial statements they have taken into account all iriformation thai could reasonably be expected to be available. On this basis. they considered that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis. This assumes that either the fund raising is continued by the charity or that the trustee's alternative plans are successful. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that would result if the fundraising was unsuccessful. Small company provisions This report has been prepared in accordance with the provisions in Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
