Humpty Dumpty Pre-school aims to introduce the pre-school child to the wiaer world outsid¢ of th¢
home and family ¢ircle and to advance the child's development through saf¢ ?T,.J satisfying play. We
ty to achieve this by providing quality care and a planned currriculum which will meet the physicaI.
intsllectual, emotional social and language needs of each child in the group and build up their
confidence and self-estsem. Play is a vitsl part of development for a young child. A chlld needs play
in order to learn. We aim to offer quality early years provision and we have .In E8Tly Years advisor
assigned to the ￿0Up aDd staff undergo constant up to date training to m¢et requirnients of the
children in our care. We aim to work in partnership with parents for the ￿rater benfit of their
childr¢n. Th¢ staff keeps written records of all the children's progress and they" provide parents with
regular updates at regular interva]s throughout the yw. We aim to work in Gi'njunction with other
groups and agencies for the good of the whole commullity.

We ar¢ pl¢ased to r-port that the Charity has been operating at almost fvll Capacity throughout the
financial y¢ar. The
rustees ar¢ pleased at the level of service achieved and are optimistic that this
will continue into thi: future.
FINANCIAL REVJVW
Humpty Dumpty Pr¢-School is pleased to report that its finances are showing a surplus this year
following a sizeable deftcit reported in 2015. While the charity continues to rely on its funders the
Trustees are pleased D report that closing reserves at 31 October 2016 are £986.
PLANS FOR FUTI IRE PEIUODS
The Trustees are pl'ased with the perforniance and achievements made during the year. There is
continued interest in rhe Charity's servic¢s and 2016117 promises to be another success￿1 year.
