Improved relat5onshlps between home and school. The beneflt whlch flows from thls purpose
includes lundlng for addlllonal resources for the school and Ilnks bullt wlth the local community.
Th15 Is demonstrated through havlng an actlve PTA that works In partnership with the school and
engages parental support. Th￿5 purpose does not lead to harm. The benefli is for chlldren at
Carnmtsney Prlmary school. Charw trustees IPTA cornmlttee rnembersl are usually also parents
at the school whlch thelr chlldren attend and hence galn bellefit In the sarne way as all other
beneficiarie5. Thls benefft Is Incldental and necessary to ensure the bernef￿ Is provlded to all
beneficiaries.

includes Increased educatlonal progress and attaSnment of puplls In the School and links bullt
wlth the local community. This is demonstrated throu8h pupils havin8 acces5 to resources, events,
actlvitle5 and link5 wlth the local comrnunity whlch are not available throu8h direct school fundln8.
This purpose does not lead to harm. The beneflt Is lor chlldren at Carnmoney Primary school.
Charity trustees (PTA committee member51 are usually also parents at the school which thelr
chlldren attend and hence 8aln beneflt In the same way as all other beneflclaries. Th55 benefit
Is Incldental and necessary to ensure the benefft Is provlded to all beneficlarles.
Maln Achlevements durlng the year to July 2022
The PTA did not meet due to the Covid restrictions in place. There are no achlevernents to
report a5 a result of a lack of actlvlty / meetln8S.

The fundlng plans in place prlor to the enforced break Bs a result of Covld-19 restrlctlons, w511
contlnue wlth respect to asslstin8 the school fund the purchase of new interactive touchscreen
pane15 forthe classrooms.

In the conduct of activltles, the Association have regard for the publlc benefit requlrements as
set out In the Charlties Comm155ion Statutory guldance.
Annual Account5 and Flnanclal RevSew
The A550ciation ha5 chosen to present annual accounts In Recelpt5 and Payment Format as
permitted by Charltles Comrn1555on regulatlgns.
A draft set of accounts were presented to the commlttee before belng submltted to profes51onal
accounts for revSew.
The Account5 demonstrate the funds of the Assoclatlon to sufficlently In surplu5 to allow for
the activities ol the Association to continue without disruption.
At the end of the fln3ncSal year the total assets less Ilablllties of the A5soclatlon stood at £1,816,
up frorn £1,732 atthe start of year.

I report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 July 2022 whlch are set out on pages 6 to
RESPEcnvE RESPONSIBILITIES OF TRUSTEES AND EXAMINER
The trustees are responsible for the preparatlon of the accounts. The charlty's trustees consSder that
an audlt15 not requlred for thi5 year under section 65111 of the Charftles Act (Northem Ireland) 2008
and that an independent examlnatlon Is needed.
