Structurei governance and management
i) Goveming document
Sixmilecross Enterprise Limrted is a Company Limtted by guarantee. incorporated on 25th September
2001, and regislered as a charity with the Chanty Commission for Northem Ireland on 24th March
2016. The goveming document of the charty is a Memorandum and Articles of AssocIatic￿ which sets
out the objectives and powers of the charitable company.
ii) Recruitrnent and appointment of management commrttee
The directors of the company are also the trustees for the purr*)ses of Charity law. Under the
requirements of the Memorandum and Articies of Asscrration the management commtttee is elected
on an annual basis.
ii) Organisational structure
Sixmile¢ross Enterprise Limited has a management committee of eight trustees.
N) Financial risk management
The management committee take Tisk management Serious￿ and have in place a series of procedures
about how the organisation should be managed. Stxmilecross Enterprise Limited is largely dependent
on income generated from renting out office space in the Enterprise Centre. The directors do not
foresee any financial risks in the coming year.

The objectNe of the Company is to promote for the public benefft of the inhabitants of the Sixmilecross
area of County Tyrone wral regenerati)n. They do this by the.. . creation of training and employment

Achlevements and perfornmnce
During the year Sixmilecross Enterprise ￿rnrted successful]y let all residential apartments and
ommercial units. Expenditure was kept to a minimum y￿th onty necessary ￿paIrS and maintenan
carried out.
