i) Goveming document
Sixmilecross Enterprise Limited is a Company Limited by guarantee, incorporated on 25th September
2001, and registered as a charity with the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland on 24th March
2016. The goveming document of the charity is a Memorandum and Articles of Association which sels
out the objeclives and powers of the charitable company.
ii) Recruitrnent and appointment of management committee
The direclors of the company are also the trustees for the purposes of charity law. Under the
requirements of the Memorandum and Article5 of Association the management committee is elected
on an annual basis.
ii) Organisalional 51ructure
Sixmilecross Enterprise Limited has a management committee of eight trustees.
iv) Financial risk management
The management committee take risk managemenl seriously and have in place a series of procedure5
about how the organisation should b8 managed. Sixmilecross Enterprise Limited is largely dependent
on income generaled from renting out Offi￿ space in the Enterprise Centre. The directors do nol
foresee any financial risks in the coming year.
Objectlves and actlvltles
The objeclive of the Company is to promote for the public benefit of the inhabitants of the Sixmilecross
area of County TyTone rural regeneration.

the area of benefit. provision of assistance in the provision of recreational facilities for the public at
large andlor those who. by reason of their youth, age. infirmity or disablement. poverty or social and
economic circumstsnces, have need of such facilities.
Achlevements and perforniance
During the year Sixmilecross Enterprise Limited successfully let all residential apartments and
cornmercial units. Expenditure was kept to a minimum with only necessary repairs and maintenance
carried out.
Flnanclal revlew
The company is a charitable organisalion. The results for the year are set out in the Statement of
Finanical Activities.

This report has been prepared in accordance with the prowsions applicable to companies enliued to
the small companies exemption.
