requirements of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 ('the Act,).
I have examined your charity's accounts as required under section 65 of the Charities Act. In carrying out
my examination I have followed the Dircclions given by Ihe Chariiy Commission for Northern Ireland under
section 65(9){b) of the Charities A¢t.

I have examined your charity accoun15 as required under section 65 of the Charities Act and Iny exainination
was carried out in accordance with the general Direciions given by the Charity Commission for Northern
Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of th¢ Charities Aci. The examinaiion included a review of the accouiiting
records kept by the Charity and a Comparison of the accounts presented wilh ihose records. It also included
consideration of any uniisual items or disclosur¢s in the accounis and seeking explanaiions from you as
¢l)G2rily trustees concerning any such matters.
My role is lo slate whether any material mallers have come to my attention giving me cause to believe:
That accounting records were not kepl in accordance with section 63 of Ihe Chari(ies Act
That the accounts do noi accord wilh those records. or
That (he accounts do not comply with the accounting requirements of the Act; or
