 (b) to promote or assist in the promotion of and cooperation and networking between voluntary and community organisations in the area of benefit between themselves and others;  (c) to promote or assist in promoting community capacity building programmes and projects for the benefit of the people in the area of benefit who have need of such assistance as a result of their youth, age, disability or infirmity, or social and economic circumstances, in an effort to increase the abilities, skills and self-confidence of such communities in the area of benefit;  (d) to support community development and wellbeing activities and to work with partners to support community cohesion and community relations, the promotion of adequate housing conditions and the development of a sustainable community;  (e) to identify the funding and policy needs of voluntary and community organisations in the area of benefit;  (f) to advance promote and further the conservation maintenance and protection of features of the landscape in the area of benefit with geographical, physiographical or amenity value and to enhance their contribution to existing environmental amenities in the area of benefit;
