We report on the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 December 2024, which are sel out on

As the charitls trustees you are ￿sponsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with
Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.

Basis of independent examinerfs report
We have examined your charity accounts as required under sectron 65 of the Charities Art and our
examination was carried out in accoidance with Ihe general Directions given by the Charily Commission
for Northem Ireland under seclion 6519}Ibl of Ihe Charities ACL
Our examination included a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of
the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual ilems or
disclosuies in the accourlts. and seekn.ng explanations from you as chartty tnjstees conceming any such
marters.
Our role is lo stale whether any material matters have come to wr allenlion giving us cause to believe..
1. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with sectson 386 of the Companies Act 2006-
2. That the acoounls do not accord with those accounting records
3. That the accounts do not comply with the accounting requI￿rnents of seclioFI 396 of the Companies
Act 2006 and with methods and principles of the Charities Statement of Recommended Practice
applicable lo charities preparing their accounts in accoidance with the Finanryal Reporting Standards

I have completed our examination and have no concems in respect of the matters {1110 (41 above and,
in connection with following the Directions of the Charity Commission for Northem Ireland. I have found
