FRIENDS OF GROSVENOR

TREASURERS REPORT NOVEMBER 2025

This is my fourth year fulfilling the role of Treasurer for Friends of Grosvenor.

We began the 24/25 Financial year with a credit balance of £19,079.80 (end Oct 2024).

INCOME

Saturday mornings at the Shed started in November 2024 and ran until March 2025. The Shed was opened on 8 mornings in the 24/25 school year. The Shed re-opened in September 2025 and was open for 6 mornings throughout September and October 2025. The total takings from the Shed up until end of October 2025 was £1,131.99.

Three second-hand uniform sales were held throughout the year in November 2024, March 2025 and June 2025. The total of sales for the year was £3,802.95. Sixth form blazers were on sale on GCSE results day, but this wasn’t very successful and only two were sold for £19.66.

Non uniform days were held at the end of each of the three terms. The total collected was £1,512.

FOG provided tea/ coffee and a tuck shop at the Drama Nights. The takings from the Drama Nights were £713.97. The Spring Concert was not held in school this year.

The F.O.G. Sponsored walk took place again in June 2024. The total of the sponsor money received from the pupils was £6,063. F.O.G ran a tuck shop which had takings of £807.99.

Our total income for the 24/25 financial year was £33,131.36.

EXPENDITURE

A donation of £14,000 was given to the school in November 2024.

Bank fees charged by the A.I.B for the year were £144.73.

The annual subscription to Parentkind was renewed for £162.

Auditing of the 22/23 Financial Year accounts cost £96.

Purchase of Shed supplies amounted to £.127.97.

Drama Nights expenses amounted to £258.59.

Supplies for the FOG walk tuck shop were £358.33. £80 of Amazon vouchers were purchased as prizes.

A cheque for £20 was donated for a prize at GGS Prize Day.

Our total expenses for the 24/25 financial year were £15,227.62.
