TREASURERS REPORT NOVEMBER 2024
This is my third year fulfilling the role of Treasurer for Friends of Grosvenor.
We began the 23/24 Financial year with a credit balance of £18,704.16 (end Oct 2023).
INCOME
Saturday mornings at the Shed started in November 2023 and ran until March 2024. The Shed was opened on 9 mornings in the 23/24 school year. The Shed re-opened in September 2024 and was open for 7 mornings throughout September and October 2024. The total takings from the Shed up until end of October 2024 was £1,010.94.
Three second-hand uniform sales were held throughout the year in November 2023, March 2024 and June 2024. The total of sales for the year was £3,450.86.
Non uniform days were held at the end of each of the three terms. The total collected was £1,335.
FOG provided tea/ coffee and a tuck shop at the Drama Nights and Spring Concert. The takings from the Drama Nights were £798.54 and the takings from the Spring Concert were £270.28.
The F.O.G. Sponsored walk took place again in June 2023. The total of the sponsor money received from the pupils was £5,765. F.O.G ran a tuck shop which had takings of £691.18.
Our total income for the 23/24 financial year was £32,311.92.
EXPENDITURE
A donation of £12,000 was given to the school in November 2023.
Bank fees charged by the A.I.B for the year were £142.91.
The annual subscription to Parentkind was renewed for £153.
Auditing of the 22/23 Financial Year accounts cost £90.
Purchase of Shed supplies amounted to £243.54.
Drama Nights expenses amounted to £298.26.
Spring Concert expenses amounted to £108.
Supplies for the FOG walk tuck shop was £176.41.
A cheque for £20 was donated for a prize at GGS Prize Day.
Our total expenses for the 23/24 financial year were £13,232.12.
