a declaration of Trust made on 17th lune 2004 and vaTied on 14th December 2011, accepted as a
charity by HM Revenue & Customs under reference number XN80514 and re8iStered with the
Charity Commission for Northern Ireland OD 26th May 2015 under charity numlxr NIC101907.

The ¢lJarity's purposes are detailed within the constitution and ¢an be summaries as;
l. To relieve in Cases of need, hardship or distress Freemasons and the widows and
other dep￿dentS of deceased Freema8￿5 wincipAlly within the Masonic Province of
Londonderry and Donegal.
2. To provide fllLqncial assistance to other duly constituted Masonic Charities.
3. To provide financial assistance to 8ny FErson or ix)dy for any charitable purp)se &8
defined in article 2 of The Charities Act (Northern Itt]and) 2008.
The TTr￿ have had regard to the Public benefit guidance issued by the Charity Commission
for Northern Ireland.
Durin8 the year ended 3111 December 2025 the charity has LM)nducted the followin8 aclivities in
furtherance of its activities for the public benefit:
l. Awarded five w tr> brethren and the families of brethm to assist with various ill
health, disability and financial needs.
2. Made donations to the following I￿1 Charitio St VirKent De Paul, The Salvation
Amiy. Air Ambulance Nt and the Donegal Hospice.
3. Made donations to one other Masonic Charities.
The results of the charity's activities during the year and of its position at the year end are
included in the Receipts 8nd payments accoimt on pa8e 5 and the Statement of assets and
liabilities on page 6. The trustees 8re thankful for the suppM)rt of the bthn fomiin8 the
membership of the charity and their 8uests. through their continued generous donations which
are used to fiwther the charity's purposes. which have been detailed above.

As the charity's trustees you are res￿nsIble for the preparation of th¢ a￿)Unts in accordanc¢
with the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2(M)8.
It is our responsibility to:
examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
follow the proc¢dur¢s laid down in the 8en¢ral Directions given by the Commission
under section 65{9Xb) of the Charities Act

We have examined your charity accounts as required under section 65 of the Clwities Acl
and our examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the
Charity Commission for Northern ITeland under section 65(9Xb) of the Charities Ael.
Our examination included a review of the 8ccounttng records k¢pt by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those re¢ords. It also included consideration of
any unusual items or disclosures in the ￿cOUnts. and seeking explanations from you as
charity trustees con¢ernin8 8Dy such matters.
Our role is to state whether any rnaterial matters have come to our attention giving us ¢ause
to believe:
l. That a¢￿untIng records were not kept in a￿dance with scction 63 of
the Charities Act
2. That the accounts do not accord with those aceounting records
