**Purposes:** The Trustees must apply the income of the Trust Fund in furthering the following objects ("the objects"), namely:- 1. To relieve in cases of need hardship or distressed freemasons and the widows and other dependents of deceased freemasons principally within the Masonic Province of Londonderry and Donegal.  2. To provide financial assistance to other duly constituted Masonic Charities.  3. To provide financial assistance to any person or body for any “charitable purpose” as defined in article 2 of The Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
