Introduction and welcome – IS (Chairman) The meeting commenced at 8.30pm. IS welcomed everyone and gave thanks for their attendance.
Financial accounts report – IS and JAS summarised the previously circulated report and covered significant financial movements for the year ending 2022. Accounts proposed and adopted by – G Stewart and seconded by D Watson.
Nomination of the Committee- IS
It was proposed that Chair, Secretary, Treasurer be re-elected in block. Proposed by W Stevenson and Seconded E Wilson. Committee members were elected by J Stevenson and Seconded by G Stewart

Overviews
Band Chairman IS expressed his thanks for all the work and efforts by all band members throughout the year during rehearsals and engagements.
A moment of silence was observed for the passing of a long friend and player of the band Brian Dougan who is missed by all. This currently now leaves the band and social club with two serving trusties.
Ivor Stevenson and Gordon Stewart. Prior to the AGM discussions on increasing the number of Trusties had taken place in line with the constitution. A trustee of the band should be an

active player of the band. Those wishing to be considered to become a Trustees and who meet the constitutional criteria had to forward an expression of interest to IS or GS in advance of the AGM to be considered.
Those expressing interest included: Julie-Anne Stevenson, William Stevenson, Desmond Watson, Kevin Caroll and Richard McLaughlin.
