Our aim: Promotion of community participation in healthy recreation by the
provision of facilities for the benef its of the general public for the playing of
sports designed to promote health and f itness in Derrygonnelly and to provide
facilities for the advancement of the social. cultural. and recreational activities.
with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants (as
per our constitution dated 1st February 2004).
This year began with a very successful fundraising Tumbling Paddies concert.
The Community Centre was in demand for concerts (Dana concert), community
meetings. Fitness classes, Irish Dancing, Futsal. birthday parties and
celebrations as well os the annual FEAkmana9h event which was organised and
managed by Fermanagh and Omagh District Council. It has been a great
community privilege to provide Funeral teas for bereaved families.
Funds held have i ncreased by £6465.06 to £19828.21 between the 1st of
February 2023 and the 31st January 2024
