Independent Examiners Report to the Trustees of Word and Worship Global Outreach Limited

We report on the financial statements of Word and Worship Global Outreach Limited for the year ending 5[th] April 2025.

Responsibilities of Trustees and Examiner

The charity’s trustees have sole responsibility for the preparation of the financial statements. The charity’s trustees consider that an audit is not required for the year under section 52(2) of the Charities Act (NI) 2008 and that an independent examination is required. The charity is preparing the financial statements under the accruals basis, and we are duly qualified to undertake an examination of the accounts.

It is our responsibility to:

  1. examine the financial statements under section 65 of the Charities Act (NI) 2008

  2. follow the procedures laid down in the General Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act (NI) 2008

  3. state whether particular matters have come to our attention.

Basis of Independent Examiner’s Report

Our examination was carried out in accordance with the General Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland. The examination included a review of the accounting records held by the charity and the corresponding financial statements. Consideration was given to unusual items or disclosures in the financial statements and explanations from trustees was given. The procedures undertaken do not constitute an audit and therefore no opinion is nor can be inferred as to the financial statements reflecting a true and fair view and this report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below.

Independent Examiner’s Report

In connection with our examination, no matter has come to our attention:

  1. which gives us reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect the requirement:

  2. to keep accounting records in accordance with section 63 of the Charities Act (NI) 2008

  3. to prepare financial statements which accord with the underlying accounting records and comply with the Charities Act (NI) 2008

have not been met, or

  1. to which in our opinion, attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the financial statements being reached.
