Directors' Report
The Directors present their report, and the unaudited financial statements, for the period ended 5th April 2023.
Principle Activities
The Statement of Financial Activities for the period is set out on page 5.
The principle activities of the company are to:
Advance the Christian Religion throughout the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and elsewhere without geographical or secretarian limitation.
To proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to train and prepare workers for Christian service; publish Christian Educational material and religious music; to establish and supervise local Churches and to conduct foreign missions.
To assist those in poverty and to provide for basic human need.
Review of the Activities
The directors are satisfied with the achievement in charitable work for the ministry for the year. They anticipate an increase in donation in the ensuing year, hereby allowing outreach and ministry to multiply so that many more people can be blessed.
Results
The results for the year and the charity's financial position at the end of the year are shown in the attached financial statements.

The company is limited by guarantee, not having a share capital. The Directors of the company at 5th April 2023, all of whom have been directors for the whole of the period ended on that date, were:

Directors' Responsibility Statement
The directors are responsible for preparing the Directors' Report and the financial statements in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
Company law requires the directors to prepare financial statements for each financial year. Under that law the directors have elected to prepare the financial statements in accordance with United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice (United Kingdom Accounting Standards and applicable law). Under company law the directors must not approve the financial statements unless they are satisfied that they give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company and of the profit or loss of the company for that period. In preparing the financial statements the directors are required to:

select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently;

make judgments and accounting estimates that are reasonable and prudent;

prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis unless it is inappropriate to presume that the company will continue in business.
The directors are responsible for keeping adequate accounting records that are sufficient to show and explain the company's transactions and disclose with reasonable accuracy at any time the financial position of the company and enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with the Companies Act 2006. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the company and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities.

For the year ended 5th April 2023 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Directors' Responsibilities
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit in acordance with section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.
These financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.
The company has taken advantage of the Companies Act 2006 section 444(1) and opted not to file the Statement of Financial Activities.

1. Principal Accounting Policies
Basis of Preparation of Financial Statements
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRS 102 Section 1A Small Entities - The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland and the Companies Act 2006.
Tangible Fixed Assets
The company has no fixed assets.
Income
Donations are accounted for on a receivable basis, i.e. where gifts are made under Gift Aid, Income Tax recoverable is accrued.
Taxation
Tax recoverable has been accrued and shown in the accounts as Debtors.
