INDEPENDENT EXAMINERS REPORT TO THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
FAMILIES BEYOND CONFLICT
I have examined the financial statements for the year ending 31 March 2023, which
comprise an Income and Expenditure Account, the Balance Sheet, Accounting
Policies and related notes.
This report is made solely to the Charities Trustees, as a body and it is my
responsibility
to examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act
to follow procedures laid down in the general directions given by the Charity
Commission for Northern Ireland
to state whether particular matters have come to my attention
Basis of Independent Examination Statement
My examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included
consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking
explanations from the Trustees concerning such matters.
Independent Examiners Statement
In connection with my examination, no matter has come to my attention. It gives me
reasonable cause to believe the requirements to keep accounting records in
accordance with Section 63 of the Charities Act have been fully met.
