Principal objectives

The aim of the charity is the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disadvantages. Specifically, the object of the charity is the psychological support of children and young people who have received a cancer diagnosis through the provision of appropriate bandanas and, or other appropriate care.

Activities during the year

This was a difficult year for the charity with the impact of COVID-19 still resulting in limited fundraising activities and events.

We also changed our deeds to include giving out bandanas to adults also, due to the demand, we have been asked many times to help adults, so we updated everything so that we can now expand and grow in other areas of UK and Ireland . We also had an amazing community event to include a free visit to Santa which was a great success, we done this to bring awareness in our community after moving into our new premises.

We hope that next year we are in the position to fundraise more and build on what is a great charity.

May we also take this opportunity to thank all our individual donors and fundraisers as without your help we couldn’t support so many children and young people.

We also wanted to thank both Ade and Ash for their hard work over the years and wish them so well as they move forward with their own careers, we also want to welcome our new members of our team, Todd and Barbara.
