The charity is an organisation governed by a constitution dated 29th August 2013 setting out the purposes of the charity. It is managed by a committee of between 3 and 10 trustees elected at the AGM.

The purposes of the charity are :- to advance education and promote the arts and culture among the general public in the greater Belfast area by development of the Irish language and culture :- to promote a knowledge and love of Irish among children at both primary and secondary level by running annual schools feiseanna in Belfast.

The charity trustees at the date of approval of this report are :- Proinnsios O Labhradha, Maire Mhic Aibhistin, Kathy Owens, Ciaran Mac Aibhistin, Kate Calumarte, Breanda Clenaghan, Eibhlin Ni Ruanai agus Eilis Ni Bhraondin. They all served as trustees during the financial year relating to this report.

The charity held the Feis for the iarbhunscoileanna on 11 March 2025 in Our Lady and St.Patrick’s College Knock. Schools from the greater Belfast area took part. The Feis for the bunscoileanna was held in St.John the Baptist primary school on 14th June 2025. Eleven schools took part .

Financial Position :- The accounts confirm the charity is in funds in the sum of £.4575-00
The charity holds no funds that are in deficit.
