The Club is established to promote the benefft of persons with visual impaiments
living within County Femianagh (he￿inafter called the 'area of benefif) without
distinction of age, gender, sexual orientation. nalionalty, ethnic identity, disabilty,
political or reluious opinion. by association with the inhabitants, voluntsry
organisations and the ststutory authorities in a common efft>rt to alleviate povety
and disadvantage, advan￿ education, promote social inclusion. promote cross-
community contact. promote social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time
occupation, with Ihe object of improving the conditions of life for the said persons
with visual impairynents.

rson Clubs Aclivities
The Club have maintain8d Iwic8 monthly meetings with g￿d attendance at meetings. A
number of day trips were held during the yearand the members also gnjoyed speak8rs from
local museum who spoke on a number of topics relevant to the Femian8gh a￿a. A small
grant from the Communty Foundation enabled members to take p8rtin arts and cr81ts and
also provide transport ft)rthe Chiistmas party in Deceml)er 2019.

private donations and go￿]1 to cany out its role and reimbuw its. oir￿e￿ and Volunteers
out ofpocket expenses. At the pernd ended 31 ma￿ 2020 there were no debts held by the
chaiyty.

Fermanagh Visually Impaired Persons Club is govem8d by sts constitution dcKument
adopted on 6 November 2009. All Trustees and volunteers have been made aware of the
Clubs Vulnerable Adult Polw and tr￿6 has been on incidents or confiicts of interest during
the year 2019 - 2020
