**Purposes:** The Club is established to promote the benefit of persons with visual impairments living within County Fermanagh (hereinafter called the “area of benefit”) without distinction of age, gender, sexual orientation, nationality, ethnic identity, disability, political or religious opinion, by association with the inhabitants, voluntary organisations and the statutory authorities in a common effort to alleviate poverty and disadvantage, advance education, promote social inclusion, promote cross-community contact, promote social welfare for recreation or other leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said persons with visual impairments.
