Having satisrfed myself that the charity is not subject to audit under co]npany law. and is eligible for independent examination. it is my responsibÉlity to.. - exan]ille the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act - follow the procedures laid in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission for Northern freland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act - state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of independent examiner's report I have exajnined your charity accounts as requiIed under section 65 of the CEwities Act and my examination was cattied out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charities Commission for Northern ]reland under section 65(9)(b) of the Cbarities Act.The exall)ination included a review of the accounting records kept by the ch￿lty and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also included consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accow)ts. and seeking explanations from you as t￿Stee8 Concerning any such Tr￿tters. My role is to State whether any material matters have come to my attention giving me cause to belÉeve: l. That accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 386 of the Companies Act 2(K)6 2. That the accounts do not accord with those accounting records 3. That the accounts do not comply with the a￿o￿ntIng requirerncnts of section 396 of the Companies Act 2006 and with the methods and principles of the Charities Stateffjent of Recommended Practice applicable to charities Prep￿ing theiT accounts in accordance with the Financial ReportAng Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland 4. That there is no further inforn)ation needed for a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
