The charity bs a charitable company limiled by g￿rantee. It was incorporaled on 22 Odober 2014 and was registered as a
charity on 11 May 2015. It is g0veTh￿d by its MemorarKlum and Artides of Assock?titsn. The objects of the charity. as Sel out in
the goveming document. can be summarised as being:

The charty seeks to demonstrate the Christian faith in acts.on by being a cornmunty and internationany focused church in

We have continued to see a steady grovrth in our o)ngregation membership wilh Sunday attendees up from around average

Commun
OutreKh and Worfdmissions
Our EN Belfast missions team had the opportunity lo vistl Ukraine in May 207J to seNe many refugees and families in the
most vulnerable time durir￿ the oThJoing war in Ukraine. Our team managed lo prowde aThl bring some much needed support to
people in Ukraine. hs a leam aThl church we wovided humanitarian aid, relief and emotional support. As a team and church we
managed to raBe £5.g29 for our Ukrdine mi5son tiip lo support this and mission worf(.
Danica went on a m￿￿10n$ trip in October to Utrecht in the NetherfaThJs to reach st￿lerts and the community.
Our Global Café oulreath continues to feed. serve and welcome many rth¥ newcomers lo Belfast. We also received
generous grant of £2.391 to support our global café programme with some pracltcal food arwj loilelries and bus tickets and to
host outreach events and family fun days al church for some refi¥ees and newcomets to Belfast.

Tour
There was no study tour to Israel this year but we did *rt to make plans foT a tour in f24 and we received money from
people who wanted to go. Unfortunately, due to the current tumioil in that region, have decKled lo postpone the tour and
nearfy all of the money has rTh been retumed.

As a ministry we are eontinuing lo reach the generation of leade￿ on the University Gampuses of Be￿aSt through
leadership d8velopment thrO￿Jh our or* to one di￿lpIethP courses arKI lrfe coaching thal we offer to students. by equippirwj
the next generation of leaders on campus. In June we sent ¢yp of our ompus leaders to Marseille to be eqUIp￿d in campu5
. ministry by our ￿MpuS ministry team in Europe and ITelarNJ.

Ouring the year we sent four of our leadets (Johann. Danio. Brian arma Liam) to Marthester to attend a EN Westem European
leadership summit and retreat to further Iheir leadership devek)pment arKI theological training. We also hosted two discipleship
and leadership development c¢urses for members to help them in their 9rovrth. In September we had opportunity to send
Brian, Dan￿a and Johann with two core leaders arnl four c0ryre9at￿n members who raised their own fvnds to represent
our thurch at our worfd conferenGe in Cape Town. Soulh Aff￿￿. The purpose of conference wa$ to receive some valuable
equippirg and to also nelwork. ptan. buikl arnl ¢¥)nned with fflany of cxjr global leaderyts from over 70 nalions tIAt atterKJed over

During the year we had three emplo￿eS. Johann Voag* who is •)ne of the SenK>r Postots. Brian O'Neill who is our worship
l associate Pastor arKI Christan Charfeman who led our campus mini5ty until she left at the end of December 22. However
we could not operdte witPKJut our team of volunteers. wh￿h irKludes ￿rea VEaige who is the other senior pastor. and Danica
O'Neill who ￿ our administrator and also oversees our Global Café outreach among refugees.

We are thankful forthe generti* of our membets. It rellects a cdlwe of gerwow in the church to serrfe our communfly and

During the year the charity's income decreased by £5,tJXI to £153.(KX). and expenditwe decreased by £18,CCQ to £140,OCO.
As a iesutt charrty has reported a surplus this year of £13.1Th) (2022.. a deficit of £37) and nBt assets incfeased by £13.Cm
to £17,$1)O. This Gomprised cash of £38,OW less other net wrrent Irabilrlie5 of £20.SX).
This yeai. due to the generosity of crtjr members. voluntary increased by £10.(KK) but we dKI not ha￿ a study tour to Israel thts
year (for which the income last year was £15,(m) and so oveTrll irKome fallen by £5,(XKJ. Due to changes in staffing our
Staff costs fell by £15.(m arvj we saved £16,(KX) because there was no study tour to Isrdel Ihis year. However we spent an
extra £13,tMJ) on a variety of ministry related a¥Xiviltes followirvj Ihe easiNJ of pandemic restri￿10n5 arKI to support the growth
of the churth. Therefore the overall increase in expenditure was £18.￿K).

The Iw5tee5 have detemined that chanty should aim to hold unrestricted cash of no less than £10.IXJo. wh￿h equates lo

vary adversely. The charIt￿S free reserves did improve durir¥J the year and the charity erKled the year with unrestricted cash of

financial year until the target has been achieved. The trustees Contin￿ to monflor income and expendrture closely and they
