Reference to any application from 1[st] April 2017; Beyond Skin’s Constitution states:
“8.4 The accounts shall be audited by an auditor or auditors appointed by the Annual General Meeting OR examined by any independent person who shall be appointed at the Annual General Meeting.”
However, under the Charity’s Act N.I. (2008) our income band for 2020/2021 falls below the threshold which requires fully independently audited accounts.
