## **Bronte PTA Annual Report 2023/2024**

Bronte PTA have had another busy year and are delighted to have recruited a few new members. PTA have contributed to the life of the school in the following ways: 

**Book Fair** 09/24 – PTA helped operate book fair ‘shop’. 

**Movie Day** 8/12/24 – popcorn and drinks sourced by PTA Amount Raised: £712.00 

**Christmas lunch** – crackers for children and staff were provided by PTA. 

**Christmas concert** – volunteers served shortbread and mulled punch. PTA provided juice for punch and sweets for parents. 

**Break the Rules** 22/3/24 - £5/child or £10/family Amount raised: £815.00 

**Sponsored Fitness Day** 19/4/24 - sponsorship form and online payment options. Sponsorship from Tesco for a drink for all children. Amount raised: £2180.00 

**Preloved uniform sale** – this ran several times throughout the school year and provided parents with a sustainable, less expensive alternative. 

**School uniforms** – volunteers helped to organise and collate school uniform orders, for the forthcoming school year. 

**Family Fun Night** 6/6/24 – a successful family fun night with treasure hunt, bouncy castle and BBQ. Generous sponsorship from local businesses and families. Amount raised: £677.41 

Grant from Groundwork: £1,125.00 Allstate Donation: £1,550.00 BENQ board purchased by school. Toaster purchased to provide morning snack.
