Constitution was signed and witnessed by Mrs Clarke and Lynn Shiels.

Financial Report – Summary of finances for 2022-23 was given by Tracey Paul.

Mrs Clarke gave an update on the items school was needing including ipads. It was agreed that fund will be transferred to School to allow to purchase some new ipads for this incoming school year.

Mrs Clarke asked about doing a tidy up around school and agreed to issue some dates for Sept/October before Winter.

There was short discussion on the colour run which had taken place in June. This was very successful and was proposed to be delivered in 2024
