Responsibilities
The charity’s trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 and the Statement of Recommended Practice (SORP) applicable to charities.
It is my responsibility to:

Examine the accounts under section 65 of the Charities Act NI 2008

Follow the procedures laid down in the general directions given by the charity commission for Northern Ireland under section 65(9)(b) of the Charities Act NI 2008

State whether particular matters have come to my attention
Independent Examiner’s Statement
I confirm that I am independent of the charity, as required by the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008, and I have no involvement in the financial management or decisionmaking of the charity.
In my opinion, nothing has come to my attention which gives me reasonable cause to believe that:
The accounting records were not properly kept, or
The accounts do not accord with those records, or
The accounts do not comply with the applicable requirements
